Tags, priorities, due dates, reminders, photos, recurring schedules, custom fields, Kanban views. Stored on your Mac, not a server.
Configure supported providers and OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Your model choice, your API keys, your workflow.
Build prompts for emails, briefs, code comments, replies, research. Reuse them everywhere with one shortcut.
API keys live in macOS Keychain. Tasks stay local. AI requests go to the provider you configure.
Enhance Me panel stays available when inline capture isn't supported by an app.
Three steps from scattered work to focused execution.
Capture clients, priorities, attachments, recurring schedules — from one native Mac app.
Pick supported providers or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Build modes for the writing and thinking you do most.

It can — Free tier ships with full task management (tags, priorities, due dates, recurring schedules, list + calendar views). Or run Strata alongside your existing system: it's most useful as a personal layer above whatever's already in place at work.
No. Tasks stay local on your Mac. AI requests are sent only when you trigger Inline Enhance, and only the selected text goes to the provider you configured. Your task data isn't part of any AI request.
Inline replacement needs to read your selected text and write the rewritten text back into the foreground app. macOS exposes that capability through the Accessibility API. Strata only uses it during an active Inline Enhance — never in the background.
The Enhance Me panel pops up as a fallback. Same shortcut, same modes — just paste the result yourself. Reliable across every app, even ones that don't expose accessibility hooks.
Yes. The Free tier is genuinely useful by itself: full task management, AI modes inside Strata, list and calendar views. Pro is for when you want Inline Enhance across every app.
