Strategy, model selection, hand-over — you run it.

Vendor-neutral AI advisory for teams who want a clear path, not hype. We leave you with a working proof on your own data — not a slide deck.

Many options → one clear route
§01 — What we advise onAreas of engagement

The full decision surface — from which model to pick, to whether you should build it at all.

Model selection

Which model fits the job — by cost, latency, privacy, and accuracy. Not the loudest one.

Architecture & workflow fit

Where AI sits in your stack and your team's actual day — not a bolt-on.

Vendor & risk assessment

Lock-in, pricing shifts, model deprecation — the risks before you commit.

Build-vs-buy

When an off-the-shelf tool wins, and when a custom build actually pays off.

Rollout strategy

A staged path from pilot to production — with the off-ramps written down.

Team enablement

Your people learn to run it — patterns, prompts, and guardrails they keep.

§02 — How we engageThe roadmap

A four-stop roadmap from open question to a system you own.

The middle stop is the point: a working proof, not a slide deck.

Stop 01

Discover

Goals, constraints, and what 'good' looks like for your team.

Stop 02

Assess

Models, vendors, and build-vs-buy weighed against your constraints.

Stop 03

Prove

A working proof-of-concept on your real data — tested, measured, honest.

A proof, not slides
Stop 04

Hand off

Docs, patterns, and enablement — your team runs it without us.

Depends on fit
Illustrative fit, not a benchmark — vendor and model names stay out. Your numbers decide.
§04 — What you getConcrete deliverables

Five concrete deliverables you keep — a working proof at the centre, not a deck.

A model + architecture recommendation

The pick, the fallback, and where it sits in your stack — reasoned against your constraints.

A working proof-of-concept

Running on your real data, with the numbers it actually hit — the heart of the engagement.

A cost + risk assessment

Projected spend at scale, vendor lock-in, and the failure modes — written plainly.

A rollout plan

A staged path from pilot to production, with the milestones and off-ramps marked.

Team enablement & docs

Patterns, prompts, and guardrails so your people run it after we step away.

§06 — FAQ
Frequently asked

Five quick answers before the call.

Is this hourly or fixed?

Both. Hourly advisory blocks suit a single decision or review. A fixed-scope sprint suits an assessment plus a working proof. We pick the fit on the intro call and confirm the rate before anything starts.

Do you build, or just advise?

We build a working proof — running on your real data — then hand it over. The point of the engagement is a proof you can judge, not a slide deck. Production build-out can follow, but you're never locked into it.

Which models or vendors do you recommend?

Whichever wins on your numbers. We're vendor-neutral by default — small, frontier, or self-hosted are all on the table. You get a primary pick, a fallback, and the switch cost if priorities change later.

Do you stay on after the hand-over?

Only if you want us to. Hand-over includes docs, patterns, and enablement so your team can run it alone. A retainer is available if you'd rather keep a standing strategy partner as the work scales.

How fast can we start?

Quickly — advisory blocks can start within days of the intro call. A sprint is scheduled once scope and data access are agreed, usually within a couple of weeks.
