How fast can we get to a pilot?

Most teams are live on their first workflow in about two weeks. We spend the first days on discovery and training, then start the supervised pilot. Simpler workflows can move faster.

Does it actually work in Vietnamese?

Yes — it drafts in fluent, natural Tiếng Việt and we train it on your own real replies so the tone matches your brand, including how your team handles politeness and context. It also handles English when needed.

Will it send messages without our approval?

No. By default nothing sends without a human approving it. You set the approval and escalation rules — for low-risk, repetitive replies you can choose to auto-send later, but only once you trust the workflow.

What tools does it connect to?

The channels your customers use — Zalo OA, Messenger, email and live chat — plus the systems you run on, such as your CRM and helpdesk. We confirm the exact integrations during discovery and build for your stack.
