    This document outlines the permissions that Kachersoft applications may request on your devices and explains how we use the data collected through these permissions. Transparency about our data practices is important to us, and we want you to understand exactly what permissions we request and why they are necessary for our services to function properly.

    Mobile App Permissions

    Storage

    What we request: Read and write access to your device's storage.

    Why we need it: To save files, configurations, and cache data locally on your device to improve app performance and enable offline functionality.

    How we use it: We only access files created by our application or explicitly selected by you for upload.

    Camera

    What we request: Access to your device's camera.

    Why we need it: To enable features that require capturing images, such as document scanning, image recognition, or profile picture uploads.

    How we use it: Camera access is only activated when you explicitly choose to use a camera-related feature.

    Microphone

    What we request: Access to your device's microphone.

    Why we need it: To enable voice command features, voice-to-text functionality, or audio recording capabilities within our applications.

    How we use it: Microphone access is only activated when you explicitly initiate a feature requiring audio input.

    Location

    What we request: Access to your device's location data (precise or approximate).

    Why we need it: To provide location-based services, such as finding nearby resources, location-specific AI recommendations, or regional content customization.

    How we use it: Location data is only collected when necessary for the functionality you're using and with appropriate notification.

    Contacts

    What we request: Access to your contact list.

    Why we need it: To enable features like sharing content with your contacts or finding connections who also use our services.

    How we use it: We only access contact information when you explicitly initiate a feature requiring this data, and we do not store your contacts on our servers without your permission.

    Notifications

    What we request: Permission to send you notifications.

    Why we need it: To keep you informed about important updates, messages, or activity related to our services.

    How we use it: We send notifications based on your preferences and activity, and you can manage these at any time.

    Internet Access

    What we request: Permission to access the internet.

    Why we need it: To connect to our AI services, sync data, and provide real-time features.

    How we use it: Internet access is essential for most of our core functionality.

    AI-Specific Data Usage

    AI Training Data

    • We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models and algorithms
    • Personal information is never used for AI training without explicit consent
    • You can opt out of contributing to AI improvement at any time

    AI Processing

    • Some features require processing data on our servers to provide AI functionality
    • When possible, we process data on-device to enhance privacy
    • All AI processing follows strict security protocols

    How to Control Permissions

    On Android:

    1. Go to Settings > Apps > Kachersoft [App Name]
    2. Tap Permissions
    3. Toggle permissions on or off as desired

    On iOS:

    1. Go to Settings > Kachersoft [App Name]
    2. Review and adjust individual permissions

    Data Minimization Commitment

    • We only request permissions that are necessary for app functionality
    • We only collect the minimum amount of data needed to provide our services
    • We regularly review our permission requirements to ensure they remain necessary

    Changes to App Permissions

    If updates to our applications require new permissions, we will:

    • Clearly notify you before requesting new permissions
    • Explain why the new permissions are necessary
    • Provide options to decline permissions where possible
